Popular fishing spots in Éperlecques, a place to relax and fish. Located near the Domaine du Ranch Car, the lake is an ideal spot for anglers and walkers. This 7-hectare pond, located on the edge of the forest, is a haven of peace.

Lovers of fishing

will find plenty to satisfy their passion,

with a wide variety of white fish and predators. These include carp, pike, perch, bream, roach, common carp and pike-perch.
Carp can grow to impressive sizes, and pike are renowned for their fighting spirit. Perch and pike-perch are also plentiful, providing great catches for amateur anglers.

An unspoilt natural environment

The pond is surrounded by lush green woodland, providing an idyllic setting for walks. The footpaths that run alongside the pond are a great way to discover the local flora and fauna. Birds, dragonflies and butterflies are common sightings.

The pond is accessible on foot, by bike or by car. Access to the pond is free, but a fishing licence is compulsory for anglers.

* according to calendar posted on site, i.e. one week out of two authorised dates 2023 from 1ᵉʳ May to 7 May, from 15 to 21 May, from 29 May to 04 June, from 12 to 18 June, from 26 June to 2 July, from 10 to 16 July 20, from 24 to 30 July, 7 to 13 August, 21 to 27 August, 4 to 10 September, 18 to 24 September, 2 to 8 October, 16 to 22 October, 30 October to 5 November, 13 to 19 November, 27 November to 3 December, 11 to 17 December, 25 to 31 December.

Crushed barbs for carnivorous treble hooks

Fishing for carnivorous fish with live and handled dead fish is prohibited

Battery carp fishing, 2 rods per angler

Night carp fishing authorized by decree

No carp fishing during the period when float tube fishing is authorised

Carp landing mat compulsory, storage bag forbidden

Carp station only accessible by compulsory reservation from 12.00 p.m. according to the night carp fishing authorisation schedule.
